We are currently looking for a Managed Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Managed Services Administrator, you will play an integral part in helping our clients manage their employee volunteering, matching and giving programmes.

In this role, you will gain a thorough understanding of our clients' corporate social responsibility and employee engagement programme goals. Using this knowledge, you will advise administrators (software super users) on optimal usage of our products and suitable best practices to grow their programmes.

Additionally, you will:

- Liaise with clients, their employees and the charities they support, to ensure that programmes run smoothly
- Answer queries from clients, employees and charities via phone and email
- Respond to correspondence with sensitivity and understanding
- Process applications using a bespoke database
- Communicate new product release information to clients as well as progress reports on requested features
- Help resolve issues that may arise from client's shifting business requirements or product changes
- Facilitate the delivery of managed services for clients according to SLAs
