3 -6 Month FTC

Immediate Start

A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a successful manufacturing company in Runcorn.

The role will be on a 3-6 month temporary contract supporting the HR Advisor with all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Act as first point of contact for all HR queries
Support all recruitment & new starter/leaver processes
Manage and update HR in house system
Manage Time & Attendance system
Monitor absence management policy
Produce monthly reportsRequirements:

Proven experience as a HR Administrator/Assistant
Experience gained in a manufacturing environment - preferred
Thorough understanding of HR function and practices
Experience of disciplinary, appeal and grievance procedures
Strong IT skills; MS Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
