Exciting opportunity for a skilled Paint Operative to join a very successful company in Leicestershire. It is afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.
The Job
Paint Line Operative
Cleaning of parts before spray
Fettling parts using manual grinders
Adherence to H&S policy
Accurately checking quality of parts before/after paint process
Palletising/moving product using pump trucks
Stacking product for delivery to line
Maintaining a high standard of housekeepingThe Ideal Candidate
Fettling experience
Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to follow processes, especially health and safety/manual handling
Willingness to work flexibly
Practical, hands on person
Ability to read drawingsEssential Skills
Comfortable with manual handling
Good communication skills
An organised and self-motivated team player with a positive can-do attitudeApply!
