A key role has become available for a successful manufacturing company based near to Stroud. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team to carry out critical operations for the production of their products.
Key responsibilities:
* Producing batches of finished product for our bottling process in a safe and compliant way
* Monitor and control integrity of our filtration processes
* Control and carry out CIP process
* Blend raw material
* Test and verify product specifications
* To follow recipes and SOP's to produce batches of finished products at the highest standards
* Working and following Good Manufacturing practices at all times, ensuring that all Quality standards are adhered to
* Undertake written instruction /correct completion of paperwork
* Carry out testing / recording results
* Liaise with the production line teams to ensure maximum production efficiency is obtained at all times
Candidate requirements:
* Self-motivated
* Organised with the attention to detail to maintain high standards
* Committed to continuous improvement
* Ability to work as part of a team or without direct supervision
* Able to work on a 3 shift rotation system including night work
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to learn complex procedures
* Fork lift license (desirable )
* Driving license (essential)
* Good numeracy and computer skills
* GCSE English, maths, Grade C or Above
Experience needed
* Food and drinks/pharmaceutical /chemical industry would be advantageous
* Knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous
* Working within a pressurised environment
Hours: 39 hours per week on a 3 shift rotation. Early/Late/Nights
GBP21,912 + 10% shift allowance for early/late shift, 33% for nights. 23 days holiday + statutory holidays
