SHEQ/Health & Safety Manager

GBP55 Million new production facility for a European based food & beverage client that will involve new tank farms, effluent water treatment plant, internal piling and mezzanine floors, GBP35 Million worth of Mechanical & Electrical works and office space aswell as acting as the principal contractor for the fitout for the clients equipment. Working in conjunction with the Project Director and the main construction team your main role and duties will be to ensure regular reviews of project RAMS and project plans to take place, assisting to ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in the construction health & safety plan, create, review and amend safety plans, support the site team for the safe delivery with the complexity of this project which will also involve regular client safety meetings. Responsible for carrying out regular inspections of the site to ensure all work is being carried out in accordance with company and client policies, assisting with carrying out any accident/incident investigations in accordance with company procedures.

Current/prior experience working for a Tier 1 will be an essential requirement as well as a proven track record working as a Health & Safety Manager
