Location: This role will be based in the UK, and remote cross-time zone collaborations with New Zealand, Australia, USA, China, Thailand.

Backed by a large multi-national brand, we are looking for a true brand ambassador to lead and develop the Product Management strategy our UK & Ireland markets and continue the good work already underway in growing our brand and products across all product lines and channels.

Working within the luxury retail market, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium end-to-end customer experience, and are looking for a talent Product Manager and strategic thinker; a highly skilled forward-thinker with the knowledge, drive and energy to plan and execute pricing strategy, market product planning, new product introductions that aligns with global objectives and growth aspirations. Experienced in this space, you'll be consultative by nature, comfortable engaging stakeholders and nurturing relationships at all levels as well as looking after the day-to-day necessities such as reporting, forecasting, marketing and new business development.
This role will be based in the UK, and remote cross-time zone collaborations with New Zealand, Australia, USA, China, Thailand.
Reporting to the Managing Director - UK, IRL, EU, you will:
• Lead and develop the Product Management strategy for the UK & Ireland Markets.
• Provide thoughtful leadership and clear direction to key stakeholders to increase product market share and profitable growth across all product lines and channels, aligned to F&P's global goal and strategic imperatives
• Provide regular, robust market insights of product line to Global Product Managers and work collaboratively with other Market Product Managers to identify synergies for in-market activity, product availability and new product development
• Develop business development and revenue generating opportunities supporting the in-market Sales & Marketing Teams
• Deeply understand environmental influences, keeping current on changes and best practice that influence strategic plans
• Push boundaries looking for innovative ways to improve the way we work
• Engage with a wide network of stakeholders ensuring highly effective cross-functional collaboration
• Act as a Fisher & Paykel brand ambassador in all interactions, developing effective relationships that add value both internally and externally

You'll bring:
• A proven track record of effective product management, ideally within Appliances or Consumer Electronics
• Proven experience successfully developing strategic partnerships and growing brand presence.
• Experience and/or understanding of working within a "premium" culture and environment
• The ability to effectively cope with change and 'shift gears' easily
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
• A high measure of drive, energy and engagement
• To be a global thinker, customer-focused with a strong desire for self-development and a willingness to learn new skills
