Commercial Surveyor - St Neots, Cambridgeshire - Excellent package
We have been asked to identify and attract a top-class Commercial Surveyor for our client's St Neots office. This will be a varied role assisting with the management of a diverse portfolio of properties, including office, retail and industrial.
The ideal candidate will need to develop relationships with landlords and tenants, identifying and managing works required to client properties while complying with internal systems. A full UK Driving Licence will be required to visit sites for emergency, annual and periodic inspections, ensure maintenance is proactively managed and management of contractors.
Dealing with utilities, contracts, renewals, lease events / renewals and rent reviews, ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation. Our client is a leading provider of agency, professional, commercial & residential property, architecture, planning & consultancy services across the whole range of rural, agriculture & the environment.
