Sales Administrator
Our client is a Global Organisation with a turnover in excess of $1 billion worldwide, and around 3600 employees, they are now moving into a new phase of their growth within the UK.
They have an exciting investment programme to grow, building on the success of their industrial business, they are now moving forward to take their exciting products into the retail, hospitality and logistics sectors and expanding their presence in the UK market. Their team are based on their site near Cambridge.

The role
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader the Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following..
* Responsibility for the processing, administration and receipt of sales orders for industrial orders, including the upkeep of parent company system SAS.
* Ensuring all sales order updates are created and issued to customers in a timely manner.
* Following up all advance payments to ensure received prior to shipment of order.
* Circulation of the advanced payment tracker to all relevant parties.
* Responsibility for the shipment and invoicing of sales orders for industrial, ensuring closure of sales orders for month end to meet the departments key objectives and KPI's.
* Perform the stock processing and receipt of invoices relating to industrial service visits, ensuring the timely closure of invoices for month end.
* Ensuring all loan agreements are in place and up to date, as well ensuring any updates or changes are reflected in the inventory records within the ERP system.
* Ownership of applicable emails received into the orders and admin inboxes, achieving the department KPI of ensuring all emails received are actioned within 24 hours.
* Keeping Calibration certificates updated and delivered to customers.
* Overall ownership of the industrial orders process, with a detailed understanding of the current status of each order, being proactive to ensure all orders are progressed.
* Provide support for all staff in keeping with the businesses values, policies and procedures.
* Complete all documents required by the company policies and procedures.
* Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the Administration team and the business goals.
* Working within Health & Safety procedures and Risk Assessment guidelines at all times.
