About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Team Leader to be based at our Head Offices in Caerphilly. Here you will provide support the Manager with the onboarding of major new customer contract wins for our hygiene business, ensuring the mobilisation is delivered on time and to the agreed schedule. Also to oversee the day to day activities of the teams coordinators ensuring that duties are performed to the required standard and with maximum efficiency.

The key responsibilities of the Mobilisation Team Leader at phs are;

Liaise with the customer and all relevant phs colleagues to prepare and then execute the mobilisation plan
Control and co-ordinate all communications between the customer and all relevant phs stakeholders including but not limited to: operations, sales, scheduling, central distribution & warehousing, IT and customer service
Agree with key customer contacts how they want to be kept up to date with progress
Arrange for customer surveys to be carried out as required and collate requisite information for the business, ensuring the information is recorded on the system and accessible for all relevant colleagues
Undertake the planning process with sales, operations and supply chain to ensure a smooth installation for the customer. Project manage all aspects of installations on all customer sites within the agreed implementation timescales
Liaise with supply chain (central distribution& warehousing) via the SO&P process to ensure lead times for products that are required for the customer are factored in so the business can deliver the agreed implementation plan
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and the relevant phs and customer process for all installations, including Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and insurance information
Liaise with the incumbent supplier (phs competitor), as required, to agree a seamless transition with phs
Ensure meticulous and accurate timely reporting is provided with KPIs for all tasks and activities in the mobilisation plan;
Keep all relevant colleagues across the business informed on the progress, issues and success / risks throughout the mobilisation project.
