As a Paralegal you will be responsible for delivering an empathetic customer service experience for consumers who have experienced a challenging life event. You will support consumers through their claims journey to ensure a seamless customer service experience in anticipation of the formal commencement of their claim.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

-Personalise every interaction with the consumer, ensuring empathy and understanding are expressed at all times.
-Listen and assess the consumers' case, supporting them through the early stages of their claim.
-Retain consumer engagement through the provision of informed advice, demonstrating technical know-how.
-Review, refine and enhance accurate data capture in an efficient and customer friendly way over the telephone to risk assess claims, proceeding only with those with prospects.
-Draft accurate allegations to be included on the CNF.
-Complete online searches and checks for conflicts, ASK CUE or MID etc, updating records accordingly to make an informed decision on case progression.
-Maximise sign-up through efficient and effective chase.
-Manage all incoming consumer documentation and paperwork related to consumer claims pre and post sign-up.
-Submit all CNFs to the portal promptly and accurately, minimising errors.
-Review and assess incomplete or duplicate CNFs, ensuring the consumer's case is progressed expeditiously.
-Be able to identify serious injury and/or complex claims quickly.
-Work individually and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.

Paralegal Requirements:

-Demonstrable knowledge of Personal Injury and the sector.
-Display excellent customer service skills.
-Be assured of own abilities, able to sell our services and products.
-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Confident and concise telephone skills.
-Strong IT competence using multiple systems interchangeably.
-Confident and capable decision maker.
