Development Surveyor

I have a rare opportunity for a Development Surveyor to join one of the most respected multi-disciplinary property consultancies in the South West. There is an option of being based in their Bristol or Exeter office, the majority of work will be in the surrounding area and there is an option of some remote working when required.

The Development Consultancy Team have an increased level of work in the region so are looking for a MRICS Chartered Surveyor with a keen interest in forging a career in the property development sector.

Day to day work is varied in both its nature and client base including viability appraisals, secured lending valuations, strategic development advice and land negotiations on behalf of clients.

Criteria:

> Must be living within commuting distance of Exeter / Bristol
> MRICS Qualified or AssocRICS with previous development experience
> Commercial experience in development
> Full driving licence
