Employer Engagement Consultatnt

We have an amazing opportunity for a professional, confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Employer Engagement Consultant, who has excellent sales skills. Adopt a tenacious but professional approach, acting as an ambassador for the business as the first contact with the employer and learner.
Candidates must have the following skills, experience as a minimum to be considered:
* Selling Apprenticeships to employers, identifying apprenticeship vacancies and existing eligible employed staff for apprenticeship programmes.
* Matching suitable applicants to open vacancies and ensure the right applicant is recruited for the right employer
* Overall knowledge of Further Education.
* IT knowledge (including all Microsoft packages)
* Significant, Employer & sales background
* A proven background of generating new referral partners and learner leads, via a variety of proactive & innovative methods.
* Proven ability of cold calling, networking, leveraging and extending existing contacts across referral agencies.
Location- Watford Hertfordshire
Desirable:
* GCSE's in math and English (C and above or equivalent)
* ICT
* Degree
