We are currently seeking an experienced full or part time Receptionist to join a luxury hotel in the St Ives area. The experienced receptionist will ensure a welcoming and engaging first impression and an exceptional guest experience, delivering Michelin Star standards and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.
Receptionist duties include:
* Welcoming and interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport to encourage their repeat custom.
* Effectively managing reservations.
* Providing guests with outstanding assistance throughout their stay.
* Handling face to face, telephone and email queries in a polite, professional and diplomatic manner.
Full-time and Part-time available, must be able to work an 8 hour shifts with some weekend schedules.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* Meticulous attention to detail
* An excellent work ethic, organisation and communication skills
* Determination and willingness to learn
* A Friendly and approachable personality
