Multi-disciplinary Consultancy are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Surrey. Location is central Surrey and would suit someone located in any area in the County.
You will be providing a high level of professional and customer service throughout London and the South East on a wide range of property types. You will have full administrative support and be part of a hard working successful team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional and commercially minded who is well organised and used to managing their own workload to a high standard. Some of the projects you will be responsible for will include refurbishments and repairs.
The work you will be involved in will include:
> Project Management
> Contract Administration
> Inspections and defect diagnosis
> Residential Building Surveys
> Reporting
> Schedules of Dilapidation
> Schedules of Condition
> Party Wall awards.
The requirements for successul application in addition to the above are - MRICS or FRICS - UK driving licence.
Salary will reflect your experience and be negotiable.
