German (Non Voice) Customer Service Representative
Location: Cambridge (Remote working offered until the current situation is resolved then if required a relocation package included)

2,2,3 shift (37.63 hours per week on average) - over a two week period:
Monday Tuesday on, Wednesday Thursday off, Friday Saturday Sunday on, Monday
Tuesday off, Wednesday Thursday on, Friday Saturday Sunday off.
1 hour 15 minutes break, salary: GBP25,000

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German (Non Voice) Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join an industry leader in health and beauty industry. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Purpose
The representative will be answering incoming German language customer queries and process incoming customer requests via email on a daily basis to ensure a top quality service for existing and new clientele. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer as well as having expert product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming German language customer queries and process incoming customer requests via email using company ticket management software in line with company policies and service level agreements.
Process customer orders via various Non Voice channels
Make outgoing phone calls to German speaking customers where appropriate in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Proactively develop relationships where possible, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer retention at all times.
Ensure a proactive, flexible and positive approach at all times when handling customer requests.
Be available when requested to receive in-coming German speaking customer queries via telephone (Voice customer service requests).
Participate in the ongoing development of company Customer Care and the wider business, and proactively contribute to personal learning and improvement.
Keep up to date with, and ensure a thorough understanding of, the company's business structure and product portfolio. There is no requirement to give advice on specific product recommendations.
Personal Specification
The successful candidate for the customer German service representative position, will have the following competences:
Previous experience in a similar role
Customer service experience
Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential
German Native/Fluent speaker
Computer literacy
A passion to deliver the highest quality for clients and customers
