Delivery Consultant -
Who are TFS Healthcare?
We are an ambitious, award-winning recruitment agency based in London Bridge. We work in a fast-paced and exciting industry where building strong relationships with our clients and candidates is key.
Since our inception in 2010 TFS Healthcare has continued to go from strength to strength growing from 1 Consultant to over 100 strong in 10 years, we have no intentions of slowing down any time soon! With that said I am currently looking for a Delivery Consultant to supply into one of our key account's!
What we are looking for???
The ideal candidate will need to have at least 18 months' experience working within Recruitment.This role is ideal for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment but doesn't want to be involved in business development.
The role of a Delivery Consultant will include:
Maintaining the relationship with one specific client that we have already developed a relationship with here at TFS
Resourcing- via the database, networking and referrals, headhunting and social media
Arranging interviews- briefing candidates and providing all necessary information in regard to role and opportunity.
Attending Industry Conferences
Taking candidates through interview preparation via face to face or on the phone.We are an extremely proactive recruitment agency and as such, we are looking for sales driven high achievers for our team. Ongoing training and support are offered and as an organisation we offer a transparent career structure. Alongside this the role has a competitive commission structure which matches that of a 360 Consultant that ensures a great earning potential!
