Customer Service Manager
Location: Office Based, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: GBP24,500 - GBP30,000

This role is pivotal in ensuring these exceptional high standards are continually met and exceeded. Your role will be to ensure our service is truly market leading and surpasses the expectations of our members.
Working across a multitude of channels, both on and offline, Green has looked to disrupt the status quo within the energy market. From launch being there for our members has been our number 1 priority and you will be charged with championing this through our opening times of 7am-11pm, 7 days a week and as these expand.
About You
- Management experience in a contact centre management role (preferably energy/utilities). • Experience of people management with a proven track record of delivering results. • Positive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Outside the box thinking with problem solving skills as we grow.
- Highly analytical with strong reporting and numeracy skills.
The role will include
- Work with Customer Service Team Leaders to increase customer satisfaction and monitor KPI's • Management and ownership of the day to day tasks and processes within the team
- Develop improvise and improve processes within Green with automation. • Reporting of KPI's to Senior Management Team
