About the role:

The Digital Coordinator is part of our delivery team and is key role within our business, supporting our customers and end-users in the use of our digitally connected traffic management roadworks equipment. Your role will be busy and varied including aspects not limited to, monitoring equipment via software and apps, ensuring correct equipment is being used as per customer needs, providing deployment advice and product training to our customers, ensuring there are sufficient stock levels to deliver planned works and reviewing sites whilst liaising with the co-ordination team to deliver relevant information. You will also conduct site visits and when required which may fall during hours of darkness or weekends, which will be determined by you working alongside the digital team.

Liaising with operational staff and clients to establish their digital requirements, including developing case studies in regards to training and product documentation, will also be under your remit. This will also include site visits as when required.

The role is predominantly based from our Retford depot. However, a flexible working approach is essential as travel will be required as an when to our various sites. The initial period of training will also require you to visit one of our associated sites in Bottesford, where you will receive hands on product training.

To be considered for the role you need to have the below qualifications/ skills:

Essential:

  • Computer literate with an excellent strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package; including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Administratively excellent with a meticulous eye for detail - able and happy to input/update and manipulate data as a key proportion of the role
  • Operating with a sense of urgency is a must
  • Strong written communication skills, excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service with good communicative skills
  • Comfortable dealing with customers

Desirable:

  • Good understanding of Temporary Traffic Management
  • Previous experience in Training admin/co-ordination
