Onsite Account Manager

Location: offices in Walthamstow E17 and also Ilford IG1 offices

Permanent Salary

Salary GBP28,000

Reports to: Head of On-Site Delivery

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to hit the ground running. We need someone who is aware of local government structures, an understanding of social care and has had previous experience managing a high value contract.

Role/ Responsibilities:

The On-Site Account Manager will be the primary point of contact providing operational support to the client.

Location: Walthamstow, E17 & Ilford, IG1 1NY

Background

We specialises in managing the procurement of services at a day to day transactional level. Working predominately in the public sector cover a broad range of services, specifically working in Temporary Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, Consultancy and Projects.

Our aim to deliver cashable savings to our clients which is achieved through re-engineering processes, systemising the transaction, and managing the supply chain using objective measures of quality and price.

Recruiter experience would be ideal.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the end to end procurement process, ensuring all targets and SLA's are met. The role will require the On-Site Account Manager to engage with the Client Contract Manager as well as individual hiring managers on a day to day basis, in order to provide support and assistance throughout the transaction process. This role requires the individual to build strong relationships with the client, offering support and training.

The On-site Account Manager will be responsible for analysing client performance and presenting this information to the client on a regular basis. From this information the On-Site Account Manager will work with the Head of On-Site Delivery to identify and implement strategies to maximise efficiencies for the client.

Key Skills

* Awareness of social care qualified and un-qualified

* Experience managing a high value contract.

* Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face

* Knowledge of temporary recruitment process

* Experience using VMS

* Must have experience of Excel spreadsheets and updating daily

* Experience meeting KPIs and SLAs

* Experience with challenging situations

* Knowledge of compliance requirements

* Excellent presentation technique

* Good level of analytical skills

* Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Strong problem solving and organisational skills

* Highly motivated

* Work in a proactive manner

* Full Clean Driving Licence Degree Level (likely to be based around Business, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences or Management) at 2:1 level or above preferred

* Car Driver as need to be able to drive to the site

Relationship Management

Creating and maintaining a relationship with key Council sponsor

Creating and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders across all levels - from hiring managers to directors

Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers across all job categories

Liaising with account managers for other clients to share processes and resolution points

Provide quality support to managers; questioning, reviewing, challenging and problem solving.

Providing system support and drop-in sessions for hiring managers to discuss any queries they may have

Contract Management

Primary point of contact for all operational support

Responsible for fulfilment and ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met

Undertaking client-facing business reviews

Working with BM to improve service where possible

Reporting and Presentations

* Producing comprehensive management information

* Analysis and understanding of MI information using CR.net system and Sisense system

* Proficient use of Excel in order to manipulate and extrapolate data

* Delivering formal presentations to client contract manager

* Preparing ad-hoc reports as requested

The successful applicant will be highly personable with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and develop relationships at all levels.

The On-Site Account Manager must also be diplomatic and able to influence client and supplier behaviour when necessary. The On-Site Account Manager will be able to analyse and interpret data and present it to the client in a factual and compelling manner. It will be necessary for the On-Site Account Manager to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, working off spreadsheets and creating charts to emphasise the commercial position.

The successful applicant will be based on site and will be required to spend a minimum of 2 days a month at Head Office in Milton Keynes.

The nature of the role requires the On-Site Account Manager to be willing and able to travel.

Salary - up to GBP28,000 depending on experience
