Permanent Customer Service Agents, Paying up to GBP18,532 per annum working a 40 hour week.

Search is currently recruiting Customer Service Agents to provide a first class service to customers of one of the leading providers of insurance for mobile phones, consumer electronics and home appliances
What you'll need
Great communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Customer service experience (gained from Call Centre, Retail, or Hospitality)
If you are looking for a new challenge, the opportunity to join a friendly, fast growing customer service team and your customers are at the heart of everything you do then this could be the role for you
As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. You will provide a high level of customer service via inbound calls, and will be required to have the confidence and knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered to the highest standard possible.
Hours of work
These roles are offering shifts between the hours of
*8am and 9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 6pm on a Sunday, 5 working 5 days from 7
*Working a 40 hour week
Training for this role will be remote home based and you will remain home based until it is safe to return to the contact centre.
