The goal of this 1 year project role is to evaluate, recommend and create a recruitment strategy for my client - a professional services firm right in the heart of MK.
If successful, this role definitely has the potential to become permanent (if you wanted!) and remain in place to develop and steer the team and strategy going forward.
You'll be diving into the really good stuff: creating a great process, leading on executive hires, implementing an ATS, building a talent pipeline and so much more.
Location: Milton Keynes - commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Banbury, etc.
Salary: up to GBP50,000 + 10% Bonus

Hours: Flexible start and finish times available, also the option to work from home 2 days per week
The recruitment function comprises a Recruitment Manager and 2 Resourcers, who will come under your guidance and mentorship during the year.
This role requires a super confident and experienced recruitment leader, who can influence and advise at a senior level, on what a great recruitment strategy looks like.
You should therefore have focused on areas such as talent mapping and internal mobility, interview process, search and selection tools, educating hiring managers, etc.
