Interim HR and Recruitment Officer - 6 month contract - Immediate start - c30-35k pro rata - London

* Lead on recruitment for a variety of hires across France, UK, Ireland, Serbia and Ukraine
* Manage vacancies ranging across marketing, product, sales and use linkedin recruiter to proactively source direct candidates
* Produce offer letters, contracts and manage onboarding
* Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on a range of HR issues
* Manage employee Benefits
* Write and update HR policies and procedures

The successful candidate will have managed HR and Recruitment for a fast paced commercial business, ideally within the Tech or Fintech sector. You will have managed volume recruitment campaigns in multiple countries where you will have directly sourced candidates using linkedin recruiter. You will also have experience of working with international client groups and supported with writing HR policies and procedures. You will be a creative thinker who is quick to solve problems and build solutions. You will be able to commit to a 6 month role with a hybrid working week in offices in Central London.
