We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join the Finance Team within a growing and highly motivated team in Milton Keynes. An aptitude for credit control, people liaison and learning new skills is highly desired, and an abundance of support is available for the successful candidate to thrive in this role.

Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Milton Keynes

The Finance Assistant is responsible for:

supporting the local Finance functions in their daily routine
supporting local Credit Control
General administrative support

Key Responsibilities:

Control and allocate Supplier invoices
Prepare and follow up on credit and debit notes
Monitor and liaise with Supplier queries
Assist with Credit Control
Achieve prompt collection of cash from customers
Determine, control and maintain amount of credit extended to existing and new customers
Support Finance Manager in his / her daily business
Administrate general tasks related to Finance topics

Desired Educational Background and/or Work Experience:

Business, economy or finance background
SAP or equivalent ERP skills appreciated
Relevant experience in a similar position
Experience in an administrative function
