Aftersales Coordinator
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Aftersales Coordinator. Due to significant growth during the last year, this department has evolved & is looking to expand. This is a great opportunity to join a small, dynamic team where you will be managing & processing enquiries from customers as well as engineers & inspectors across the South of England.
This role is KPI driven, so the ideal candidate needs to be able to resolve problems efficiently & handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role encapsulates managing key customer accounts, so account or project management experience would be advantageous.
The Role:
Managing projects & queries from end to end.
Dealing with & resolving enquiries, complaints & reports via email & telephone
Processing quotes, orders & invoices via an enterprise resource planning app (ERP)
Scheduling inspections, repairs & installations
Effectively planning of engineers calendars to ensure optimum efficiency
Collating & correctly storing information & documents
Supporting the team of engineers & inspectors, checking technical drawings where needed
Meetings with key customer accounts & within the team
Ad hoc duties to support the department
The Ideal Candidate:
A self-starter, who is able to think outside of the box
Able to deal with variety of situations, managing the query process from start to finish
A clear communicator, who is adaptable & flexible
Experience using an ERP (such as Microsoft Navision) would be beneficial but is not a necessity
