Goods In Quality Control Technician
* Felinfach, Lampeter

Our well established busy client is currently seeking a Goods In Quality Control Technician to join their team for 3 months.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the reception of liquid goods adhere to specification and comply with food and feeds safety acceptance limits. To complete key hygiene tasks to support the continuous improvement in factory hygiene.
Primary Duties
* Be the principal point of contact for the reception of raw materials, ingredients and chemicals.
* Ensuring all loads are correctly and accuratelyrecorded as per the documented procedures and processes.
* Escalate any issues seen at intake with either material, tankers or conduct.
* Once loads are accepted, direct as necessary to the relevant reception point.
* Ensure intake bays remain clean and tidy at all times.
* To conduct hygiene audits and spot checks within working environment to ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
Hygiene Duties
* Carry out routine hygiene work in a designated area of the factory specified on daily and weekly worksheets.
* Daily collection of refuse across the site and segregation of waste streams.
* Be aware of plant changes or modifications that may have an impact on overall hygiene.
* Ensure personal compliance with healtha nd safety and environmental management system requirements.
* Carry out duties as required by the Quality Assurance Manager or deputy, which are deemed to be within the scope of existing knowledge, experience or training.
* To proactively use the company ERP system to meet the requirements of the role.
