Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist company based in Wetherby who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to provide first class customer service to clients whilst also supporting the sales team.

The successful candidate will be a real 'go getter' with a positive work ethic and the drive to go that extra mile. Ideally, you will have experience in a fast paced B2B environment, sales or internal account management role and be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

- Handling all inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer service is key at all times
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers ensuring to upsell and increase orders where possible
- Resolving customer objections and queries as they arise
- Offering product solutions, accurate pricing and processing sales orders through to completion
- Maintaining and updating information on the company CRM
- Liaising with various internal departments across the business
- Negotiating on lead times where necessary
- Generating new leads for the business and ensuring to have a good handle on the market and upcoming projects
- Arranging appointments for the external sales team
- Any ad-hoc cover and support for other departments as and when needed

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Strong B2B customer service (at least 2 years) and communication skills
- Educated to A-level standard
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- A high level of organisation and administrative ability
- Strong IT competence and experience of Microsoft Office products
- Strong team player, who can also work on their own initiative
