HGV Workshop Manager / HGV Depot Manager / HGV Workshop Controller
Location: Camborne
Salary: Up to GBP18.50ph
Shift: Monday - Friday day shift
Contract: Permanent
We are currently looking for a Workshop Manager / Depot Manager / Workshop Controller / Workshop Supervisor to work in partnership with a well-established commercial vehicle dealership at their site in Camborne.
Do you have successful supervisory experience and looking to move up into a Workshop Manager position?
Interested in a role that would be initially 50% productive/50% off the tools with the plan to become 100% off the tools within a few years?
As a Workshop Manager / Workshop Controller /Depot Manager your role will consist of:
* 50% on the tools and 50% office based with the view to be 100% off the tools in a year or so
* Managing the workshop
* Delegating work to Technicians
* Quality checking work
* Customer-facing
* Ordering parts
* Ensuring health and safety are adhered to at all times
* Ensuring correct paperwork is completed
* Ensure constant ongoing training and development of staff
