My client are looking to recruit a Regulatory Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

12 Month Maternity Cover

Fulltime, Monday to Friday

As part of our awesome Regulatory Recruitment Team you will be responsible for supporting the team to achieve timely appointment and management of databases, acting as a gatekeeper and mitigating risk to the business.

There's lots to do ???

You will:

Liaise with key stakeholders (Business Owners, Regional Managers, Applicants) on regulatory requirement matters.

Representing the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Executing due diligence activities for all advisors

Management of agency numbers and adviser trading documents

Ongoing management of adviser agency details - processing transfers/changes in licencing authority/lender authorisations

Providing ongoing references for previous advisers

Maintaining accurate adviser & business records internally and with providers/FCA throughout the adviser/business appointment

Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

About You!

Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills

* Dynamic, solution oriented approach

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

* Professional appearance

* Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

* Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure

* GCSE's grade C or above

* Experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential
