We are currently recruiting for a Training Content Coordinator for our Brixham based client. They are a charitable organisation, so this would be a rewarding position, and would suit a swift and accurate administrator, with an excellent eye for detail. This is a broad role, and your key focus will be to provide effective co-ordination and admin support, in the creation and control of all key training content, from innovation to delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced office environment and be confident juggling tasks to ensure that things are prioritised effectively. They are a Training Provider, whose aim is to deliver training and support to professionals. The Trainers are predominantly freelance, so part of this role is to keep a matrix of the trainers themselves, ensuring it accurately displays their availability, qualifications, and certification. The other side of this position is related to the course content itself. Every so often they update training material due to new legislation, so the post holder will be tasked with making the necessary amends and ensuring that the date and reasons for the amendment are logged, and the old materials are archived. In addition, you will ensure that the Trainers all have access to the latest materials.

Duties

* Provision of administrative support to the Management Team.

* Managing a version control log for all course materials.

* Management & Maintenance of Dropbox folders.

* Ensuring the most up to date version of materials are clearly marked and saved in an accessible location.

* Ensure that any updates to materials are communicated to the Op's Team.

* Liaise closely with the Training Administrator on content to be uploaded.

* Liaison with Designers & Printers, in relation to branding new materials.

* Managing the Master list of Associates, matrix of skills, and resources.

* Admin support for online training.

* Maintaining hard copies of all documents.
