A Civil Engineering company based in Worcester are searching for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position working Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00. The company themselves are a leading UK company in their particular industry.
The responsibilities of the Administrator will be:

Processing timesheets of the workers to help ensure payroll runs smoothly.
Answering queries via phone and by email.
Assisting the payroll team in whatever way they need to help ensure a smooth process.
Booking in hotels and accommodation for drivers and engineering teams that travel around the UK.
Other general administration duties.The requirements for the Administrator will be:

Previous experience in an Administration environment will be essential.
Someone who is self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a team when needed will be essential.
Previous experience in a payroll environment will be beneficial but not essential.
Computer Literate, proficient using Microsoft Office e.g: Word, Excel, Emails.
Previous experience using payroll systems will be beneficial but not essential.This role is starting on a temporary basis being paid GBP10.00 per hour with the potential to transition into a different temp - perm role for outstanding candidates.
