Graduate Officer
Location: Surrey
Salary: Competitive
Rytons Associates are currently representing a leading residential developer in their search for a Graduate Officer to help support their current Graduates and promote the scheme to the wider community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and manage a road map for success for current and future Graduates
Work with schools, colleges and universities supporting a range of initiatives to promote industry image and support entry routes into the industry
Represent the company at job fairs and other employment and skills events
Offer guidance and support to current Graduates in the transition from University to the workplace
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the Graduate scheme
Provide monthly reporting on key success metrics
Required Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience fostering and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
