Salary: GBP18,129 - GBP19,049 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week
Base: Cambridge
You will co-ordinate and supervise the work of the business support team at the Cambridge Campus to provide a friendly, customer- focused and effective front-of-house service providing a range of information to internal and external enquirers, applicants, students and staff. You must have experience of supervising staff and managing staffing rotas, substantial use of databases / bespoke data systems, firsthand experience of dealing with customer communication online, by phone and in person and experience of communication with all levels of an organization. You must also have Level 2 English & Maths (e.g GCSE A*-C,9-4) or equivalent, or be willing to obtain.
We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance, plus five College closure days, fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme and support with training and development.
