JT Recruit are looking to appoint a temporary Personal Assistant/ Secretary for a County Government Office based in Matlock for a minimum period of 6 months starting ASAP.
You will be required to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and professional PA/ secretarial support to Elected members of the Council.
A range of duties could require you to be the first point of contact for members, diary management, manage emails to ensure deadlines are met, minute taking at meetings, prepare documents and reports.
Currently, during the Covid restrictions, the successful candidate would be required to work from home, but this may change depending on circumstances as they develop.
You will need to demonstrate that you can work with minimal supervision, be used to a fast-paced environment, be highly organised and have excellent administration skills.
You will be required to undertake a wide range of administrative duties using a variety of systems in supporting the team.
Communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and an understanding of confidentiality is essential to this post.
Working pattern likely to be alternate weeks of working Mon, Tue & Wed one week, Mon & Tue on the other week, hours (phone number removed)hrs
