An exciting opportunity for a Technical Compliance Technologist has become available to join a leading fresh produce business. Our client is a thriving business who pride themselves on sourcing the very best raw materials from a wide range of suppliers around the world.
Reporting to the Group Technical Manager, the role of Technical Services / Compliance will be an integral part of the compliance and Supplier Auditing team, who are based in the UK and Overseas.
Taking responsibility;
To manage and lead on supplier approval administration
To manage supplier audit administration and corrective actions
Pesticide List management
Preparing the Supplier Teams to deliver successful audits
Management of internal audit programmes and effective support and accuracy of product specifications
To ensure that a controlled system of corrective action management is in place, that addresses root cause and promotes continuous improvement for Supplier non conformances
We Require;
FMCG experience
Excellent knowledge of Technical and Compliance to include, Sedex, Smeta, supplier audit information
Proven track record of working to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Motivated, with effective communication ability at all levels
This is an office-based supplier and Compliance focused role. We are looking for an individual who relishes working with data and technical specification systems. An individual who is confident in taking on a challenge, as well as taking the lead.
Salary; up to GBP38k
Monday to Friday working
