Our Interaction Designers work in an environment which enables you to understand user journeys. You'll use rapid prototypes to deliver services, products and tools which meet the needs of users as a first priority.
You will work alongside other Designers, Front-end Developers, Researchers and Software Engineers to deliver services designed for the people who use them.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
An understanding of user needs and design services, products and tools to meet them
Ability to create and iterate prototypes to test and communicate ideas that can aid a wider team learn about user needs
Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams, in an agile environment, that turned concepts into user-centred designs
Ability in ensuring that the design of services was consistent, both internally and outside of an organisation
An understanding of the bigger picture (high-level flows and processes) as well as the fine detail of individual parts
Contribution made to building an open and collaborative culture within an organisation as well as the wider design community
