DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln is delighted to announce we are seeking a Hotel Manager to join the executive management team. We are seeking a highly motivated, inspirational and upbeat character looking to embark on the next stage in their career.

Ideally, this candidate is currently working within a similar level role within a reputable branded hotel property. A similar role could include a Hotel Manager, Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager or Food and Beverage Manager. Experience within a sizable hotel is required.

Reporting directly to the Hotel's General Manager, the successful candidate will form a valuable part of the hotel's executive team. You will take a leadership position within the hotel and will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of driving change, implementing and maintaining high standards. Experience in food and beverage is essential.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

?? Line management duties for multiple departments within the hotel including F&B and Front of House.

?? Acting as the hotel's guest feedback champion, supporting the hotel teams and management to interpret feedback and deliver on improvement projects.

?? Hands-on leader, available and present during key operational periods. Able to step in and direct where required.

?? Champion and driver of brand standards and quality assurance performance.

?? Responsibility for a positive human resources function within the hotel. Aiding training and development of the team, succession planning, high standards and positive culture

?? Lead communications across the hotel, including HOD meetings and daily briefings.

?? Supporting the General Manager during business review meetings with key stakeholders.

?? Comfortable and confident in a boardroom setting.

?? Responsibility for Health and Safety and other compliance upkeep within the hotel. Use of supporting systems and compliance tools.
