Our client, a composite manufacturing specialist are currently looking for an IT Specialist to work onsite in Bideford.
Your main tasks will be:
* To provide 1st line (helpdesk) technical support to internal customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or in person
* Help to maintain and support all internal infrastructure, hardware and software to ensure the uninterrupted availability of systems required by the business
* Troubleshooting end user issues
* Installation of hardware and software
* Administration and ongoing maintenance of Active Directory
* Administration and ongoing maintenance of Exchange
* Support of end user issues with Microsoft Office
* Maintenance of virus protection and anti-spam systems
Previous experience of working within an IT support environment (1st line / helpdesk) is essential.
