Job Role: Business Administrator
Salary: cGBP19-22k + Excellent package including generous holidays and private healthcare
Location: Nottingham (North)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00-4.30
Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our client - an award-winning business based in North Nottingham.
You will be responsible for providing a professional Front of House and administration support to the After-Sales team.
What will the role involve?
Answering all incoming calls and business enquiries
Greeting all visitors, issuing passes and recording arrivals
Organising catering for meetings
Sales administration duties i.e. typing quotations and documents
Processing all incoming and outgoing post Essential criteria:
Proven Reception/Administration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills
