Restaurant General Manager

Joseph Search is currently recruiting exclusively for a fabulous client who are going through a major refurbishment and repositioning of their hotel. Currently they are adding more outlets to the current offering. Following the appointment recently of a new Hotel General Manager, Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will be joining the property at the time of a new management structure and launch of new outlets.

They have a great opportunity available for a hands on Restaurant General Manager who has an amazing outgoing personality, experience with managing a restaurant within a four star setting or a top quality restaurant with pride in what they do.

This position offers a very attractive salary and the opportunity for you to be creative. Please don't expect that this role will involve you being in the office most of the day, you must be excited to get on the floor encouraging and training your team, with the main objective of delivering the best service to your customers.

Salary offering is up-to GBP34k which is a pretty excellent base salary compared to other clients in the area
