On-boarding Data Administrator

Analysing data and using web-based systems is your comfort zone.

As is communicating and working well with others in supporting them to deliver on their objectives.

This is a 3-6 month fixed term administration role (with the potential to go perm) where you'll be working from home and supporting fellow administrators at sites across the country in managing candidates through on-boarding pre-employment checks.

Data accuracy is key, so your attention to detail will be on point. You'll be looking for opportunities within the ATS (Eploy) to highlight bottlenecks and delays, and overall be responsible for delivering improvements in candidates progressing through on-boarding to reduce time to hire.

Site visits will be required, so you will ideally have a clean driving licence and your own transportation. As this is a work-from-home role, you can be based anywhere in England.

Part-time applications will be considered.

This data administration role involves:

• Reducing time to hire for candidates going through on-boarding
• Analysing the data and stages of candidates within our applicant tracking system (Eploy) in line with KPIs and our HR database
• Working with site administrators to ensure that their data is accurate and up to date in Eploy
• Supporting sites as needed with pre-employment checks, such as Right to Work, DBS, identity documents, requesting and reviewing Occupational Health checks and requesting and chasing employment references

To be successful, you'll need

• Strong attention to detail
• To be computer literate with knowledge of Excel and working with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience within a similar environment
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
