Overview

The Pega Analyst is a Senior member of the Pega Regional Team and will act as a liaison between the business users, stakeholders and technical leads. The individual will be responsible to work with the Lead System Architects and the business team refining the business requirements and development specifications. Working with our Mumbai Development Hub, this role will interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, testings and the other business stakeholders across the Link Group (India, Europe and Australia)

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities
  • Key Liaison between the business stakeholders and Technical Leads
  • Working with the Regional LSA Team charting the Business and Technical Strategies
  • Key Member of the Pega Architecture Board to ensure that all Pega Developments are aligned with Link Group Approach and strategy
  • Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, testings and the other business stakeholders across the Link Group


Experience & Personal Attributes
  • 3+ years of experience working on Pega Version v7 and/or v8
  • 3+ years of experience in facilitating Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) session, eliciting requirements, facilitating playback sessions and obtaining business stakeholder alignment with the proposed workflow/screens within the application.
  • Financial services experience desirable
  • Understand the importance of guardrails and subsequently ensure that application compliance scores are maximised.
  • Understand application architecture especially the importance of the Pega ECS and frameworks.
  • Understand rulesets and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with standards.
  • Participate in the testing, implementation and documenting of solutions.
  • A passion to mechanise manual business processes and realise efficiency savings
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement
  • Prior Pega CSA experience an advantage
  • Certified as Pega Business Architect - PCBA, version 7.x and above is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and work on own initiative
  • Collaboration skills, and evidence of working well within a team environment
  • Have a flexible and 'can do' attitude and be willing to be accountable for and own allocated tasks
  • Demonstrable experience in writing effective technical and business focused reports and specifications
