GPS Recruitment are Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment specialists. Due to continued growth we are looking for experienced sales Consultants who are tired of adhering to KPI's and having your work constantly monitored (Big Brother style). GPS are looking for self-motivated recruiters who want the opportunity to progress and more importantly earn better bonuses.
Key Requirements:
* Self-motivated go getters who want responsibility and the realistic chance to earn not only a good salary but excellent commission
* The level of this role is flexible for the right person, maybe you have always wanted to work for yourself but don't have the backing or the location just the ability and passion to earn a lot of money - it is also about personality fit as well as ability.
* You must be a natural sales person with a proven history in delivering exceptional results
* Proven history in forming lasting relationships with Clients, have an excellent knowledge of the sales process and be able to overcome objections
* You will be required to hit the ground running and have a proven track record of target achievement. You must be passionate about what you do. This isn't always a 9-5 role!
* Salary is negotiable on experience and ability plus an uncapped commission structure.
You must also hold a current UK driving licence.
