Service and Spares Coordinator
Full time role required by established Birkenhead based international engineering company.
Good communication, IT and organisational skills essential
Working in a team directly with Company Director and Management
Coordinate service engineers to attend sites in UK or Internationally liaising with diverse International customer base.
Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required on ROTA basis.
Organising logistical support for service engineers which may include booking flights, accommodation, additional spare parts.
Producing estimates and quotations for workshop work or site work.
Finalising all service documentation for invoicing purposes after communication with service engineers and Directors.
40 hours per week (8am – 5pm)
Starting salary 21k with 25 paid holidays + 8 paid bank holidays. Free on-site parking and tunnel fee is paid for.
