Our client is a well-respected manufacturer based in near Corby who fabricate a large variety of glazing products from both uPVC and aluminium materials. Due to an increase in demand they are looking for an experienced Order Processor to join their uPVC division.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation and control of customer orders to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will be dealing with customer enquiries, checking information with the Technical Department, dealing with suppliers on non-standard items and liaising closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales Teams throughout the life cycle of orders including dispatch. You will also be expected to support the team in other administrative duties as required.
Candidates applying for this role must have previous experience processing and quoting window and door orders with knowledge of industry specific processing software including; Window Designer and/or Business Micros.
