Night Care Supervisor/Senior Night Care Assistant
Night Care Supervisor
As a Night Care Supervisor, you will be at the very heart of our home, Coppelia House, Moretonhampstead. As a Night Care Supervisor you will have previous experience of:
* working in a residential setting
* ensuring the day-to-day health and wellbeing needs of people living in the home are met
* revising electronic care plans and risk assessments (from pre-admission onwards) and ever changing needs of residents
* using an eMAR system and the safe management of medicines
* developing and maintaining a motivated and competent team who consistently treat people with dignity and respect
* effective performance management (mentoring, support, competency observations, supervisions, appraisals)
* liaising with external professionals (CQC, Safeguarding, Paramedics, GPs, OTs etc)
* dealing competently with emergencies
