My client who are a Optical Manufacturer are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer, based in Bucks.
The Quality Assurance Engineer, based in Bucks will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance across the business from new product introduction through sample approval or start of serial production to the end of production or supply. As Quality Assurance Engineer, based in Bucks you will work closely with customers by attending site visits and deal with quality related issues/ complaints. You will communicate with customers on all warranty related issues, complete investigation and issue report/ 8D both internal and external on all issues. As Quality Assurance Engineer, based in Bucks you will also report monthly on the performance of the quality system, including customer performance and submit this to management meetings.
The Quality Assurance Engineer, based in Bucks will require to have a quality assurance background. You will need to be driven and passionate about quality and want to learn new skills.
