Training Administrator
Momentum Training are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our busy admin team based in Uttoxeter. Momentum Training are an organisation committed to making a difference to the lives of our learners. Our main business is to deliver meaningful training to help people into sustainable work, whilst gaining vital employability skills. We have offices in Derby as well, and the successful candidate may be required to work in Derby from time to time.
Our administrators provide key admin support on funding contracts, based locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will be expected to facilitate communication between internal teams, ensure that eligible candidates are processed for enrolment in a timely manner, and will have an eye for detail to ensure that all paperwork meets the requirements of our funding partners and regulators. They will also be expected to maintain and develop compliance systems to ensure accurate records are kept showing the number of learners on programme, including the handling of sensitive and confidential data.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience of working in an administration environment
- Is IT literate with a specific working knowledge of Excel
- Has good organisational skills
- Has excellent attention to detail skills
- Is able to plan their time and prioritise workloads
- Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Is able to adapt quickly
- Is a team player
- Has a good outlook and can overcome barriers
- Experience in using SAGE
- Experience in using MIS Systems eg Pics/Esyncs
- Expereince in using large amounts of data
