Candidate requirements:

* Education to secondary school level (grade C or above) English, Maths.
* Evidence of or demonstrated knowledge of IT software to include Microsoft office
applications.
* Demonstrated experience of people management, customer negotiation.
* Office/Project Management experience would be advantageous.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a continuously changing workload.

Main responsibilities of the role:

* Working 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
* Using the Maintenance management system and oracle to assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance work. Raising work orders, Purchasing spare parts, Updating material masters, Generating work orders/requests and supporting the maintenance and facilities team with reasonable requests.
* Assist with, and support both internal and external audits including maintaining records.
* Maintain job knowledge through training and personal development.
* Working mostly within the office environment, but you must be able to work on the production shop floor, collecting data, checking equipment details, safely navigating all production areas.
* Assisting with contractor and service contract administration including inductions and service report data collection.
* Support the maintenance of the technical library of service manuals and product catalogues.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
* Contribute towards the maintenance departments goals and objectives.
