An exciting new opportunity for a self motivated, proactive sales coordinator/account handler has arisen within a global company. You will be responsible for building close working relationships with key contacts and providing excellent service
The Role
Account Management -
To provide good customer service, ensure customer retention, maintain account records and orders, and to respond and develop and understand customer requirements
To ensure that all sales orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Sales Coordination -
Working with potential customers to identify specific product / service requirements
To identify potential new accounts, help prepare marketing campaigns to close new sales
Working on an individual basis and in collaboration with colleagues to enable the Commercial Group as a whole to achieve its annual sales targets
Feedback & Reporting -
Providing feedback to the Business Development Manager on customer and market demands
Accurate and timely reporting of sales activity in CRM
Skills and experience
Excellent English language skills verbal and written
Previous experience in an Account Manager/Sales Coordination/Sales Administration or similar role.
Market Research Experience
Excellent relationship building and communication skills to effectively engage with a broad range of stakeholders
Experience in New Business Development and upselling to existing clients is preferable
Good team player
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
A high level of confidence and motivation and a proven ability to achieve sales objectives
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
