I am currently recruiting a Senior IT Support Technician to join an internal IT team on a temporary ongoing position in Worcester
As a Senior IT Support Technician you will be responsible for:
* 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Networking, Server (physical and virtual), printer, software and Cloud IT support issues
* Progressing support issues via a ticketing system over the phone and deskside with users
* Supporting internal infrastructure, networking and software
As a successful Senior Support IT Technician you will have experience in any of the following
* Microsoft Cloud deployment, administration and management (O365/Azure)
* Windows Server installation, troubleshooting and configuration
* Teams, Zoom, Remote Desktop Servers and remote access, and remote diagnostics
* Networking deployment, troubleshooting and configuration
* Virtualisation
* Documentation and auditing
Minimum experience, training or qualifications required : Candidates must have experience within a similar IT support role, providing customer facing IT Support
This Senior IT Support Technician role is based in Worcester and commutable from Kidderminster, South Birmingham, Solihull Redditch, Coventry, Stourbridge, Worcester, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Kidderminster, Stratford, Leamington Spa, Bridgnorth and Wolverhampton, Drotiwich Spa, Bewdley, Stourport-on-Severn,
